The number of revisions you are entitled to depends on the publishing package you select. You may request the number of revisions specified in your plan. At Ink And Quill Publishers, our mission is to deliver high-quality services, and we are committed to making revisions until you are fully satisfied. As long as the original concept remains unchanged, you will not be charged any additional fees. Revised material is typically delivered within 48 to 72 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the initial manuscript editing or book cover design, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the first draft. Once the project has been approved or advanced to later stages, a refund will no longer be applicable.

Refund Policy

While we offer a 100% refund on qualifying services, the following limitations apply:

You are not eligible for a refund if:

• You selected a custom or specialized package
• The initial design or manuscript edits have been approved.
• The final cover, formatting, or content has been delivered.
• The publishing process has already begun or is completed.
• You requested changes after work started.
• The cancellation is unrelated to the project itself
• More than 14 days have passed since your last communication.
• You have violated company policy
• You have hired another service provider for the same job
• The creative brief is incomplete or unclear.
• You requested a complete redesign after approval.
• The refund request was made after the allowed time window.
• The cancellation is due to rebranding or personal reasons.

In select cases, a 50% refund may be approved by management following multiple revisions. The final decision lies with Ink And Quill Publishers.

In the case of bundled services, refunds apply only to the specific service in question—not the entire package.

A 33% cancellation fee applies if a project is canceled before work has begun and the reason is not related to the service quality.

All rights to drafts or concepts revert to Ink And Quill Publishers after a refund is issued.

How to Claim a Refund

To initiate the refund process:

To be eligible for a full refund, your cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of placing your order and before the project has begun. After this period, a service fee will apply. Once refunded, you forfeit rights to all drafts, designs, and materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All refund-related work may be registered with copyright agencies to ensure protection of intellectual property

Content Creation & Population

If content creation is included in your package, we will:

• Create original summaries, blurbs, and author bios.
• Use royalty-free stock images (with your approval).
• Populate author websites or sales pages using your provided material.

You are responsible for providing product images and content details. We are not liable for the resemblance of images to others.

NDA & Reputation Management

Ink And Quill Publishers ensures the privacy of your personal and project information.

Once your project is completed, neither party will post or speak negatively about the other online or offline

Record Access

You can request access to your final files anytime. We maintain project records and can retrieve your files quickly.

Technical Support for Author Websites

Some packages include tech features such as:

If your plan includes custom author email addresses, we’ll provide configuration details. However, installation on your devices must be done independently.
